Return Policy - Hollings & West

Important Note: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you accept the terms and conditions upon purchase.

Returns:

  • Deadline: You have 30 days from receiving the product to return it. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused and in the original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned, such as underwear, bras, panties, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care products.
  • Starting the Process: If you wish to return a product, email Info@hollingdandwest.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and if applicable, a photo of the product in case of damage, along with your contact details.

Refunds:

  • Procedure: After receiving and inspecting the return, we will email you to approve or decline the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically within 30 days to your credit card or original payment method.
  • Delay or Missing Refund: If you have not received the refund after 30 days, please check your bank statement. If you still haven’t received anything, contact us via Info@haileyandhudson-vancouver.com.

Costs:

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace, as we are not responsible for lost returns. The return must be sent to China, with shipping costs starting at €20, at the customer's expense.

Exceptions:

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the problem persists a second time, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
  • Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed due to our automated system.

Important: Sale Items
Products purchased during sales, closure or clearance promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This policy is necessary due to the heavily discounted nature of these items.
